Key Responsibilities: Lead HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention initiatives.Foster a positive work culture, addressing employee relations and engagement.Manage performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Drive organizational development and change management efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the service industry.Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and compensation strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
