Job Description Position Summary Under the management of the HR Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the strategic conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management functions and processes such as attrition & retention management, employee engagement, case consultation, culture management, training, and change management by effectively partnering with practice heads and leaders across all levels of the organization.
Specific Responsibilities Conduct career counseling sessions with team members to provide them with a broader perspective of career possibilities within the company and equip them with the guidance and knowledge to map out their desired career path.Assist in handling team member grievances and cases by conducting in-house investigations to observe due process and security of tenure for each team member.Conduct learning sessions for all Human Resources team members, practice heads, and leaders to ensure knowledge and compliance with company policies and adequately address labor-related HR issues in both corrective and preventive manners.Design and facilitate team development activities to ensure participants achieve their goals and reflect on the dynamics of the team.Represent the company during initial mandatory conciliation and provide settlement for labor disputes before the Labor Arbiter.Education Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Development, or any related field.
Work Experience 2-3 years HR or Operations experience in a Supervisory capacity, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry (i.e., manufacturing).
Technical Skills Working knowledge of at least two Human Resources processes such as talent acquisition and management, organization design, workforce planning, performance management, team development, culture management, employee relations, discipline and discharge, compensation and benefits, learning management, and legal compliance. Skills in Project Management, Presentation and Facilitation, Effective Meeting Management, and Basic Change Management. General knowledge of legal requirements for handling employee cases and familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code. Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Other Skills Time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, customer orientation skills, good supervisory and people-management skills, adaptability to changing work hours/schedules, teams, and reporting relationships. Problem-solving, decision-making, analytical skills, strategic influencing, and team leadership. Passion for excellence/growth, and innovation/breakthrough thinking.
