Human Resource Assistant- Recruitment

An HR recruiter's job is to find and hire employees who are a good fit for the company and the job description. They work with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and strategies, and are responsible for many stages of the hiring process:

Job description:

Design and update job descriptions
Sourcing: Find potential candidates through online channels, professional networks, and social media
Screening: Review resumes and applications, and prepare and distribute tests
Interviewing: Conduct interviews by phone, video, or in-person
Selecting: Evaluate candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
Onboarding: Help new hires get on board and act as a consultant

Writing offer letters
Conducting reference checks
Negotiating contracts
Monitoring HR metrics
Participating in job fairs
Hosting in-house recruitment events
Collaborating with managers on future hiring needs

HR recruiters need strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should also be able to listen actively and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
