Human Resource Assistant

**Qualification**
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
- 2-3 years experience in Human Resources
- Must posses strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, & PPT)
- Participating / Assist in recruitment process
- Maintaining current HR files both in paper and in database
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar status and records
- Monitor and prepare attendance, and work hours report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Participating / Assist in Compensation and Benefits processes

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends

- 13th month salary
