HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

 

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courses, Psychology or equivalent

At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Proficient in oral and written communication skills

Strong people management skills

Familiar in different facets of human resource such as; employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment

Highly professional, analytical and organized

Willing to work in Uldog, Talisay City, Cebu

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Provide clerical and administrative support to human resource department

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
