Human Resource Assistant

Details of the offer

1. College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years of work experience as an HR Assistant specializing in Compensation and Benefits or payroll
3. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. With experience handling company HMO is an advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Can collaborate with different employees in the organization.
