Human Resource Assistant For Recruitment

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Human Resource Manager; performs tasks of day-to-day activities related to HR recruitment such as sourcing, screening and interview of applicants.
**SPECIFIC TASKS**:
1.
Interview the applicants

2.
Look for applicants that fit the vacant position

3.
Handles the job postings

4.
Handles the input of data needed from applicants and employees

5.
Prescreens the applicants to determine the most qualified applicant for the vacant position

6.
Responsible for contacting the applicant who passed the prescreening, interview, and exams

7.
Responsible for scheduling the interview of applicants to accommodate all applicants

8.
Prepare the forms needed for the newly hired applicants

9.
Responsible for establishing and compiling the files of the newly hired applicant

10.
Responsible for sorting and reviewing the resumes of the applicants

11.
Collect the necessary information of the employee such as SSS number, PhilHealth, PagIbig, etc.
12.
Ensures educational and company background and references are completed

Education: Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent

Work Location: Festival Mall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month
