- Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
- Oversee and manage employer- employee relationships
- Handle HR- related investigations and strong employee relation policy
- Compile and update employee records
- Assist in payroll preparations
- Monitor admin related activities
- Monitor and control of cost with office supplies and others
- SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG fund company coordinator
- Implement and monitor the policies execution
- VISA and AEP processing for foreign nationals
