Human Resource And Admin Staff

• Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
• Handle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policy
• Compile and update employee records
• Assist in payroll preparations
Monitor admin related activities
• Monitor and control of cost with office supplies and others
SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund company coordinator
• Implement and monitor the policies execution VISA and AEP processing for Foreign Nationals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
• Well organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
• Understanding and executing employment laws and regulations
• Experience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing.

Monday to Saturday
8AM-5PM
