Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulationsOversee and manage employer-employee relationshipsHandle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policyCompile and update employee recordsAssist in payroll preparations
Monitor admin related activities
• Monitor and control of cost with office supplies and others
SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund company coordinator
• Implement and monitor the policies execution VISA and AEP processing for Foreign Nationals

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalentWell organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screeningsUnderstanding and executing employment laws and regulationsExperience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing. SALARY RANGE:
