The HR and Admin Staff plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization. This position is responsible for assisting with various HR activities, managing employee relations, and overseeing administrative tasks to promote an efficient workplace.Job Responsibilities:1. Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations.2. Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships.3. Handle HR-related investigations and enforce strong employee relations policies.4. Compile and update employee records.5. Assist in payroll preparation.6. Monitor administrative activities.7. Monitor and control costs related to office supplies and other expenses.8. Serve as the company coordinator for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund.9. Implement and monitor the execution of policies.10. Handle VISA and AEP processing for foreign nationals.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.• Experience in processing working visas and permits for foreign nationals.Skills:• Well-organized, with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening processes.• Understanding of and ability to execute employment laws and regulations.Monthly Salary:• This will be discussed during the interview.Location:• Laguna Technopark Annex, Biñan, Laguna• Preferred candidates should live near the working locationWork Schedule & Set-up:• Full-time, on-site (Day shift)• Monday to Saturday (8-hour shift), from 8 AM to 5 PM.Note:We appreciate the effort you've put into your application.
