WORK LOCATION: Mandaluyong City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business or related field
- At least 12 years of work experience in Human Resources and 8 years of which is on a people management role
- Experience in an Engineering Industry is preferred
- Experience in Procurement, Inventory & Logistics and Facilities Management is a must
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
