What you'll do: As a HubSpot Specialist , you will be responsible for all aspects of the HubSpot platform, ensuring its effective utilization to drive marketing, sales, and customer service success.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Oversee the overall HubSpot account setup, configuration, and maintenance. Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency within the HubSpot CRM. Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage effective email marketing campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to customize and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub tools. Provide support to sales representatives on HubSpot CRM usage. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Evaluate and implement HubSpot integrations with other business tools to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Serve as the go-to person for addressing any issues related to HubSpot functionality. Proactively identify and resolve potential problems to ensure uninterrupted workflows. Successful candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in HubSpot's marketing automation, lead management, CRM, and platform management. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, preferably in a senior or leadership role. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
