The Role
Working in cooperation with the Local Quality Managers and GHDs Group Manager Quality we are looking for a Hub Quality Manager who will be responsible for the oversight of quality assurance within our global GHD Digital business unit.
The position is pivotal for cultivating a strong Quality culture while implementing the GHD Quality Management System to achieve continual improvement and legal compliance.

Operations Director - GHD Digital
**Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Regional Quality Managers, Group Manager Quality, Digital Management Team, Practice Directors, Project Directors, Project Managers and the broader digital team.
Promote use of the Quality Management System and legal requirements via leadership, coaching and mentoring of management and staff to achieve continual improvement.
Assist Regional Quality Managers in the development and delivery of Regional Quality Management Systems and initiatives.
Implementation of Regional Quality Action Plan and maintain Quality Risk Assessment for the hub.
Support effective management decision-making by monitoring Quality performance (lead and lag indicators), analysing data to identify trends, and making recommendations to management.
Coordinate training needs analysis, monitoring completion and delivery of training, including new starter inductions.
Deliver audits in accordance with the Quality Audit Schedule and present outcomes to stakeholders for continual improvement.
Manage Quality Management System (AS/NZ/ISO 9001) certification process in Hub.
Coordinate Quality information for proposals.
Work effectively with Hub HSE Manager
What you will bring to the team
Qualification in Quality Management Systems or related discipline is desirable
10 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with ISO 9001 certifications
Quality Management System Auditor qualifications and experience are desirable
High level analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and decisiveness with problem solving.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including consultation and negotiation, and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and influence people at all levels in both the internal and external environment.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on Quality initiatives.
High level of experience identifying Quality requirements in proposals and contracts.
Commitment to continuing professional development.
Experience in the development and delivery of Quality Management System training and presentations.
Experience working in a remote team environment would be an advantage.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday.
Hours to be flexible to ensure coverage of our global digital business.
(Majority of staff located in USA and Canada, a large team in Australia, and additional presence in New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Middle East and UK).
