Hub Officer (Atimonan, Quezon)

Details of the offer

The **Hub Officer** shall assist the Station Head in the station's core operational processes such as Push-Off, Route Inbound, COD management and other non-BAU (Business As Usual) activities.
The **Hub Officer** shall provide assistance in managing the station's Riders and Inventory Clerks and help ensure, together with the Station Head, the welfare of the Riders & Inventory Clerks and improve the personnel capabilities by taking an active role in training and hiring.
**Main Duties**
Perform the following core operational processes according to work standards:

- Push Off
- COD and Failed Parcels Inbounding
- PETS Tickets Creation
- Ensure all routes and COD are properly reconciled with the system.
- Work closely with the Station Head by effectively managing the Rider Teams and making sure that target volume is achieved.
**Secondary Duties**
- Assist the Station Head in PCF management, payroll data processing, documentation and management of Riders, issuance of NTEs and maintenance of master lists or other trackers to monitor the performance of the station.
- Any additional duties as required by Station Head to meet the objectives and targets of the station

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Tech-savvy, Intelligent and Street Smart
- Excellent communications skills
- Must be residing and willing to work in Atimonan, Quezon.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 per month

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
