Hub Officer (Apalit)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Hub Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of a Ninja Station in your locality from Inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols.
- Support the Hub Supervisor in managing fleet and warehouse activities.
- Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes, drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, manage and lead Ninja's fleet of drivers and driver-partners.
- Champion absolute Customer Satisfaction by working closely with our Customer Service Team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Apalit, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
