Qualifications:
• College graduate from a reputable school with a degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences, with
an MBA or MA degree is a plus.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years' work experience in all aspects of HR functions in a senior executive
capacity preferably gained from the manufacturing industry.
