ABOUT THE ROLE The HRIS Manager will be part of the Global HRIS team that has responsibility for HR Technology platforms used at SCJ including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and other systems. The primary responsibilities include Solution Development, Testing, Release Management, Maintenance, Support, Vendor Management, Process Understanding, and any other aspects needed for successful process and technology system delivery to our internal SCJ clients. This role will also participate in Internal Consulting and Implementation. This has a global impact in 60+ countries where SCJ has employees and operates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Run Operations, development, and management of HR Technology Platforms Manage various HR technology platforms to ensure optimal function. Platform applications within scope are: Workday (Core HCM, Security, Recruiting, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Absence, Reporting) HR Farm (custom web applications) Kronos Time Tracking and Absence for hourly, non-exempt workforce Service Now (Tier 0 Portal, including Microsites and Knowledge Base and Tier 1 Services) Other system capabilities Define and enforce system configuration principles across platforms. Lead vendor platform upgrade release cycles. Lead governance activities on platforms and/or processes in the scope of the team. Drive internal capability improvement through agile releases. Collect, prioritize, and execute stakeholder requests related to technology platforms. (2) Collaboration and Resource Management Collaborate with HR stakeholder groups to deliver capabilities. Manage HRIS team to achieve objectives. Collaborate with IT (BPT) for technical support related to HR technology platforms. (3) Compliance and Vendor Management Lead HRIS compliance activities, including audits and corporate initiatives. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree 7+ years of HRIS Solution Delivery Experience 5+ Years of Technical experience and process knowledge on HRIS System Platforms. 5+ Years of Technical Configuration and/or Technical Systems Development Experience 3+ Years of Experience managing resources (employees or vendors) Security and audit controls experience and knowledge Must be able to work with highly sensitive data and exercise good judgement based on internal/external applicable rules and external regulations. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS 5+ years in Workday – Expert knowledge in at least 3 domain areas (comp, talent, security, recruiting, etc.) 3+ years in HRSD ServiceNow doing technology delivery (requirements, config, delivery, etc.) 2+ years associated with Kronos (understanding of Time Off and Leave in Production environments) JOB REQUIREMENTS Willingness to occasionally travel internationally. Onsite work setup. Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees. The role requires flexibility in working mid-shift and/or night shift. The position requirement is to collaborate with the North America HRIS Team and also manage the Manila HRIS Team.
