Our hybrid work arrangement lets you have the best of both worlds!Fast Recruitment Process: We value your time and we are excited to have qualified candidates join us so we double our effort in making the recruitment process fast and efficient!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements of the clients through meetings, discussions, and other requirement elicitation tools.Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; recommend necessary mitigation or work around processes to maximize the Sunfish functionality and satisfy clients' needs.Summarize the assessment notes and solution definition reports.Configure client's business process requirements.Conduct one or two sub-modules Key/Admin User Training and ability to answer some basic questions according to software specifications.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in either of the following roles: human resources, business process outsourcing, software implementation, business analyst, project management.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources management, or any equivalent.Conversant with all Microsoft Office Applications.
