We are looking for HRIS Coordinator to join our HRIS Support team. The role will be responsible for efficiently supporting end users of our people systems and be able to provide accurate solutions and recommendations on user queries. The role will also be taking ownership on user support and engagement by creating and maintaining user guides and facilitating trainings. Why Cambridge? Your responsibilities as a HRIS Coordinator As HRIS Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Day to day and project related tasks as we create and work on enhancements. Ensuring that the support being provided to users is up to date and in line with the new process and/or enhancements implemented. Managing and responding to emails efficiently to end user email queries received Offering support such as email, chat, calls and help to our users to enable them to use the Workday functionalities in an effective and efficient manner. Working effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that governance is followed to enable users rather than restrict productivity. Being a people systems super user which is needed to achieve operational excellence within the People Operations team and will educate our global users on when and how to use the system effectively. What makes you the ideal candidate in this role? The HRIS Coordinator must have:
Experience as HRIS support for Workday or another HRIS in a multinational organization Knowledge on advanced Microsoft Excel is an advantage Experience in providing support to users and stakeholders globally Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would also be advantageous:
At least year experience in using Workday or another HRIS Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft applications ( Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Organized and detail-oriented Confident and enthusiastic to approach all levels of global colleagues in different time zones. Note: The successful candidate should be amenable to work in a hybrid setup in our Makati office, supporting Manila/UK hours.
