Salary: 50,000 - 100,000Schedule 10 AM - 7 PM, Mondays - FridaysQUALIFICATIONS:?Bachelor's degree holder? HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as HRGA Manager.? Public Sector Liaison: Proven experience handling procedures with Philippine government agencies.? Team Management: Experience managing a team of 10 or more members.? PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).? Business English: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a business setting.Preferred but Not Required? Accounting Experience: Knowledge of accounting practices is a plus.? Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with government agenciesand external partners.RESPONSIBILITIES;We are looking for an experienced Administrative Head to oversee HR, general affairs, and accounting. This role will involve liaising with government agencies, managing contracts and visas for foreign workers, and strengthening our recruitment and human resourcesfunctions. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and the ability to improve internal processes as the company continues to grow.Key Responsibilities? HR Management: Lead the recruitment process, enhance HR strategies, and contribute to talent development.? General Affairs: Manage administrative tasks and maintain relationships with local government agencies.? Visa and Contract Management: Oversee visa processes and contract administration for foreign employees.? Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 or more staff members.? Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
