YOUR ROLE Support day to day operations related to total rewards topicsOrganize the benefits shared drive and documents to support more efficient team collaboration and execution of workAssist with employee inquiries related to Employee Share Plan; Address general queries related to the Global incentive PlansOpportunity to participate and collaborate in various internal process improvements and Total Rewards projects and initiativesAssess and support changes on SharePoint webpage for Total Rewards YOUR SKILLS Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related coursesPreferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources fieldKnowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is requiredProficient in both verbal and written English communication skillsMust be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframesMust be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or universityAmenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
