Job Description - Supervises Staff/Assistant in delivery of Training Evaluation to determine the training effectiveness and if training programs are helping employees improve,
- Evaluates and provides comprehensive feedback on the value of the training programs and their effectiveness in order to achieve company goals,
- Works with managers on program development in order to ensure training programs are implemented company-wide to increase staff know-how, efficiency and performance,
- Manages the Training Calendar and ensure all New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) are executed. "
Qualifications Requirement - Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4-year course,
- At least 1 year experience in Training & Development,
- Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management),
- With good communication & interpersonal skills.
