Supervises Staff/Assistant in delivery of Training Evaluation to determine the training effectiveness and if training programs are helping employees improveEvaluate and provide comprehensive feedback on the value of the training programs and their effectiveness in achieving company goalsWorks with managers on program development to ensure training programs are implemented company-wide to increase staff know-how, efficiency, and performanceManages the Training Calendar and ensures all New Employee Orientation Programs (NEOP) are executedCreate Training ModulesGraduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4-year courseAt least 7 years of experience in HR (in which 2 years experience in Training & Development); OR Solid 4-5 years of experience in HRD Training and Development.Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)With good communication & interpersonal skillsNote: With Salary Increase & Additional Position Allowance upon regularizationFull OnsiteFull-time/PermanentDirect Hire by ClientCompressed Schedule: Fixed Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:25 PM
