JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance ofpersonnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related fieldMust have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin ManagerPreferably with a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsMust have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skillsMust be excellent in written and oral communication skillsMust be proficient in MS OfficeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement,transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination andsalary and benefits administration.Provides data required for the company's HR information system; ensures maintenance ofpersonnel records.Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
