OB SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field

Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager
Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
*
Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
*
*
Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office
*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.
*
Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.
*
Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement,
*
transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and salary and benefits administration.
Provides data required for the company's HR information system; ensures maintenance of
*
personnel records.
Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.
*
Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.
*
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
