Hrd & Administration Manager / Full Time/Makati/Urgent

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures, as well as for formulating new personnel policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, or any related field
Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager
Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures for the office
Administers the recruitment, selection, and placement program
Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures for recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination, and salary and benefits administration
Provides data required for the company's HR information system and ensures maintenance of personnel records
Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems
Establishes and maintains effective management-labor programs
Performs other duties as assigned
