Utilizing saved search for Permanent Tax Residency (PTR)

Reviewing submitted documentation for PTRs

Changing status when appropriate if completed or incomplete

Notifying H&T if there are changes to the taxability status based on PTR form

Validating (on the e-recruit platform) their tax address with supporting documentation provided

Reviewing & uploading of documents to e-recruit

Establishing and maintaining a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years of related work experience

Proven track record of excellent administrative organizational skills

Above average English communication skills

Strong attention to details

Strong computer skills

Willing to work on a US shift schedule

Willing to undergo a one-week training in our EMAPTA PNB office
