Degree Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- 2 years above relevant field
- Knowledgeable of Human Resource Management
- Good communication, training, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Conducts newly hires orientation on Company Profile and Company Rules and Regulations.
- Ensure TNA and Training Plans are implemented
- Coordinates training requirement with external provider and requesting department.
- Communicate with training in charge of each department for training related matters.
- Assists Training HR Executive in all Training Activities

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tanauan, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
