Hr Training Specialist

As an HR Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective training solutions, and ensure that all training initiatives align with our company goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for employees across all levels.Develop and deliver engaging training programsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training solutions that address specific team needs.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.Support the onboarding process by providing orientation and training for new hires.Facilitate continuous learning and development initiatives to promote a culture of growth and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in HRExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Location: Missouri Square Building, Greenhills, San Juan Manila.
