Hr Training Officer

Details of the offer

Provide weekly and monthly training programs for Region HRs (at least 5 modules)
Oversee monthly training assessment and ensure training exam result for region HRs not lower than 85%
Initiate employee clearance and monitoring of last pay
Conduct new-employee orientation
Process LDU (First Stage for Direct Hires only)
Monitor promoters' LDU & Accessory request and agency releasing

**Qualifications**:
Graduate of a four year course
Experienced in handling training
Verification of employment (Non-Oppo)
