Hr Training Officer

Job Summary

The Training Officer will handle the conduct of training needs analyses, design and development of training programs.
He/she will manage the effective implementation and conduct of training programs and events across the organization, including but not limited to sales, service operations, leadership, and government-related training and development programs, among others.
He/she will also take on initiatives focused on organizational development, customer service, people development, and culture-building programs.
Job Requirement:

- With at least 5 years' relevant work experience in training and development in a supervisory or managerial capacity preferably from both retail and corporate environment.
