HR Training officer - TRUCK RENTAL COMPANY -PASAY

Work Schedule: M-F (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Work Location : Pasay
Salary range: 25K - 35K
Qualifications:

Graduate of Psychology, Organizational Communication, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role
Has strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledgeable in training design, development, and evaluation methodologies
Has strong presentation and facilitation skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
