Graduate of Psychology, Organizational Communication, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related roleHas strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in training design, development, and evaluation methodologies
Has strong presentation and facilitation skills
Able to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail and strong
analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

SALARY RANGE: 25K - 35K WORK SCHEDULE:
