Hr & Training Manager

Details of the offer

Education: Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
Certifications/Professional Licensure /Driver's License, etc.: CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with Masteral units.
Experience: With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits
Administration and Labor Relations

Coaching and mentoring: Developing staff/ all employees (if the need arises) further in terms of the needed soft and technical skills

Solid decision-making skills: Analytical and strategic in any HR-related concerns, financials and situations. Advanced knowledge in ALL facets of Human Resources

Conflict resolution and counseling: Encouraging and addressing open communication that respects the need of each stakeholders


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
