Hr Timekeeping And Payroll/Receptionist

Details of the offer

-Timekeeping Management:
Monitor and maintain timekeeping systems to ensure accurate recording of employee hours.

-Payroll Processing:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately.
Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions, and prepare payroll reports.

-Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee hours, payroll transactions, and benefits.

-Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
