DescriptionLead and manage end-to-end HR processes.Conduct robust recruitment processes to align with organizational goals and culture.Implement effective onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.Provide expert guidance in HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations.Support talent development and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.Design and oversee benefit programs that complement employee wellbeing and satisfaction.RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of employee relations, recruiting, payroll, and people management. Must be adept in communication technologies and systems.Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, administer payroll, implement people management strategies, and ensure legal compliance.Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. Occasional travel for training or branch visits may be required.Qualities and Traits: Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills, leadership, the ability to handle confidential information discreetly, and agility in problem-solving.Working LocationBrgy 41, Bogtong Rd.
