The company delivers good quality management solutions to business operations.Position: HR Support Specialist- ProcessorIndustry: BPO CompanyLocation: BGC, Taguig CitySalary: Php 28,000Schedule: Mondays- FridaysWork Set up: OnsiteBenefits: Government mandated13 Month Pay HMO Sick LeaveVacation LeaveIncentivesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in psychology, human Resource or any related field. With at least 1-2 years of work experience. Knowledge of garnishment and unemployment regulations across multiple states.With experience in HRIS is an advantage.Amenable to work in a BPO company. Can work on site is a big advantage.Responsibilities:Process all garnishments and support orders accurately and in a timely manner.Respond to unemployment requests from various state agencies, ensuring compliance with regulationsand timely submissions.Maintain accurate records related to garnishments and unemployment claims within our HRIS system. Collaborate with HR team members to resolve issues related to garnishments and unemploymentinquiries. Monitor and track all requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.Provide support and guidance to employees regarding garnishment Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to garnishments and unemployment claims asneeded.Recruitment process: (online interview)Initial Interview Final Interview Job Offer
