With 1-2 years of work experience in using HRIS Systems? Has a work experience in BPO company is advantage? Amenable to work onsite? Amenable to work nightshift or graveyard scheduleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:? To process timely separations of employment, status changes, and transfers within both ticketing and HRIS systems.? To ensure that all changes submitted include the proper documentation, such as offer letters and approvals ? To follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely resolution of all HR-related issues.? To collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. ?
