Supporting the HR Manager.Acts as primary contact on matters relating to industrial relations.Identifies and communicates potential employee relations issues and labor-management concerns.Attending government agencies to complete documents related to labor laws and other procedures.Developing and adhering to HR policies based on labor laws and regulationsPreparing union-related documents and administrative proceduresDeveloping, implementing, and managing employee training plansOversee and implement the recruitment and selection processFacilitating communication with employees, resolving issues, and facilitating labor-management relations.Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree holderAt least 3 years of experience as an HR SupervisorFamiliar with Philippine labor laws and other rulesProficiency in using a wide range of recruitment and selection methods; testing and assessment tools/processesProficiency in facilitating the adult learning process. Can understand and speak JapaneseAt least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
