The L&D Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision, effective design, implementation, and logistics preparation of all training – related activities, including facilitation of specific in-house training courses to meet the business needs and improve organizational performance. Job Responsibilities: Formulate the overall training plan of the company based on the strategic goals of the organization. Oversee and Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in-person or virtually, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience. Conducts training needs analysis and identifies training gaps in the organization in close coordination with the managers and department heads. Reviews and develops existing training programs and modules--ensuring these are updated. Research and recommend internal and external training programs that align with the business objectives and employee needs. Develop training course curriculum, training modules, manuals and learning outcome based on the training needs identified, competency framework and position of the employees. Presents information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures. Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, and workshops. Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids and computer tutorials. Prepare logistics needed for training such as materials, venue, equipment, food, transport, and other related arrangements. Ensures that all trainers complete the trainer certification course which should include Facilitation and Presentation skills, training needs analysis, post assessment etc. Collaborate with D&V Excellence teams in implementing the developed training programs. Develops and improves the skills of internal trainers and ensures that pool is regularly expanded. Collaborates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses. Sources program providers and vendors in accordance to prescribed parameters. Oversees the quality of training sessions delivered by external vendors. Facilitate and deliver training to leadership, managers, supervisor, and staff level. Evaluate and monitor training design to facilitate modification of learning activities for continual improvement. Establish metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the quality of learning initiatives. Creates post training activities/evaluations/assessments that validate the effectiveness of the conducted training. Provide relevant managers with post training feedback from the employee's assessments and make recommendations helpful for coaching of employees. Provide session evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvements to Department Heads after sessions are completed. Works directly with department heads to define and if applicable, customize programs based on their department's needs. Drive and implement various learning methods including classroom, e-learning and new innovative technology driven learning methodologies. Actively implement strategies that contribute to the department's goals, specifically in formation and training of employees. Produce quality outputs and compliance with SLAs and other agreed timelines for reports and other pertinent documentation with internal and external clients. Generate and prepare analytics of all training related activities. Keep abreast of training trends, development, and best practices. Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time. Job Qualifications: At least 5 years of Learning and Development experience. Exposure in a BPO industry is an advantage. Experience designing and running training programs that integrate processes, systems, human behavior, and culture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices & excellent training classroom facilitation skills Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders. Ability to prepare training scorecards, information tracking system and L&D data analyses.
