Responsibilities: Formulates strategies to improve the overall hiring process and candidate experience. Ensures that all sourcing channels are properly and efficiently exhausted by his/her subordinatesGood interpersonal skills, highly organized, output-driven, keen on details, and resourceful.Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel.Performance analyses of employeesPerform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firingPrepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documentsReview records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performanceWork with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units, or teamsImplement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalentAt least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this positionRequired skills: Knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training & development), Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of HRIS is a plusOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to report full on-site from Monday to Saturday (located at Munoz Quezon City)Open for fresh graduates
