Supervising the entire HR Department
- Manage the preparation of all staff payroll and timely disbursement of salaries
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as working complaints and harassment allegations.
Mediating disagreements between employees-employers and employee-employee
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Provides constructive and timely manner performance evaluations
- Welcomes and orients newly-hired employees to the company, and introduces them to the company's Code of Conduct
- Entertains and handles queries of employees on timekeeping and payroll matters
- Conceptualization, design, organization, of company activities, company events, employee welfare, and company programs that will foster harmonious relationships among employees
- Issues Notice to Explain (NTE) letters/disciplinary actions (DA) to concerned employees.
- Executes and observes due process at all times
- Communicates with the HMO and Manpower provider for the welfare of employees.
Checks billing of HMO and Manpower Providers
- Full coordination with service providers
- Conducting training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs
- Regularly visits each department to check if everyone is complying with the basic standards, rules, and regulations
- Works hand in hand with other supervisors/managers/heads in training and development for both new and old employees
- Creates memorandums as approved by the management related to internal announcements, salary increases, allowances, incentives, salary loans, etc.
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with the law
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Handles full cycle Recruitment
- Designing and implementing organizations' recruiting strategy
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Informing applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, negotiating salaries and benefits, etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, and reviewing resumes
- Prepares and generates employment contracts as endorsed and approved by the management
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
- Maintains and updates employees' master list, all employees' records and 201 files
