**KRA**

**1.
**End to End Recruitment**
- Responsible for ensuring that the manpower requirements of the company are meet following the standard recruitment cycle time.
- Conduct the recruiting planning.
- Manage the employment process and prepare job description
- Responsible in monitoring orientation for new hires and deployment process
- Participate in interviews, selection and recruitments of employees to fill the vacant position
- Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Take in charge for all compensation and benefits duties and responsibilities in the absence of hr assistant

**2.
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Monitor and audit the payroll system.
Proper computation of all benefits, loans, deductions (if any), incentives.
- Oversee the proper implementation and availment of statutory benefits such as SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth as well as company provided benefits
- Oversee and attend to concerns regarding salary and timekeeping
- Coordinates with other department for timekeeping.
- Answers employee inquiries concerning company rules and payroll verification.
- Take in charge for all compensation and benefits duties and responsibilities in the absence of hr assistant
- Keep management informed on new wage orders.
**3.
**Memo, Labor cases and Policy**
- Ensures that the Company's overall human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Philippine Labor Law.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
- Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
- Reinforce existing company policies and procedures
- Provides, counsels, issues Disciplinary Actions to staff on different violations on company policies and procedures
- Gathers proper documentation (Incident Reports, NTEs, etc) and gives recommendations for all offenses as deemed and in compliance with the company code of conduct.
- Attend in DOLE and NLRC sena
- Draft and review employee disciplinary actions.
- Must be updates about the chances in the employment and labor laws
- Participate and conduct in administrative hearing
- Assist in resolving employees issues and handle employees complaints
- Prepare and sending legal documents for consultants legal cases and dispute

**4.
**Records Management**
- Prepares Job offer and probationary contract for new hire employees
- Monitors personnel movements and ensures that all changes are properly documented.
- Ensure and prepares Probationary and Regularization Contracts released before the given period of time.
- Ensure accurate and update reports from overall HR
- Process exit clearance of employee except diser, helper and maintenance.
- Ensure that separation pay is received by the employee with proper documentation including quit claim
- Prepares Personnel Action Form to effect changes in pay, employment status or benefits for supervisor and up.
**5.
**Fleet and Mechanics**
- Oversee and Monitor truck, trike and cars repairs
- Direct reporting of Fleet and mechanics
- Coordinates with the manners request related to fleet
- Ensure proper documentation and audit of parts request and expenses per vehicle.
- Checking and coordinating gas p.o request for sales (Multilines, NL and Kopiko)
- Take in charge for all fleet duties and responsibilities in the absence of fleet assistant

**6.
**Health and Safety Protocols**
- Coordinates in any Covid-19 related sickness to the managers and management
- Maintains ongoing communication with contacts to assess symptoms, ensure compliance with quarantine, and determine social support needs and/or handle reporting of issues that arise.
- Conducts outreach to employees diagnosed with COVID-19, as well as their contacts, through telephone communications.
- Ensure Proper implementation of safety heath protocols and policies.
- In charge in any HMO related concern.
- Coordinate with the annual physical exam.
