A Human Resource Supervisor holds a management-level supervisory position associated with an organization's employees.
The HR supervisor ensures that company standards
- as well as local and federal regulations
- are followed in all hiring processes.
They establish and maintain a company's employee relations and regulations systems, as well as helps ensure that managers and their reports are aware of the systems and follow them.
These Supervisors also help mediate employee disputes, ensure proper bookkeeping of employee documentation and records, help ensure employees are aware of available benefits, facilities the processing of benefit requests.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
