BASIC FUNCTION

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, compensation and benefits as well as enforcing company policies and practices. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the people management processes are aligned with its objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awarenessResolving conflicts through positive and professional mediationAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsOversee and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages high performance.Training, coaching, and counseling staffDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyMaintaining a smooth onboarding processHandling work investigations, disciplinary, and termination proceduresMaintaining and reporting on workplace health, safety, and labor compliancePerforms other related duties as assigned or as may be necessary.Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human resources or equivalentWith at least 5 years of experience in the related field.People oriented and results drivenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practicesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleaguesExperience in educating and coaching staffPeople oriented and results drivenWell-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills.
