BASIC FUNCTION

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, compensation and benefits as well as enforcing company policies and practices. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the people management processes are aligned with its objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages high performance.
• Training, coaching, and counseling staff
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
• Handling work investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health, safety, and labor compliance
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human resources or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of experience in the related field.
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Experience in educating and coaching staff
