Hr Supervisor

1.0 GENERAL:

? The HR Supervospr serves as an active member and contributor of the company's leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. The HR Manager also has functional reporting responsibilities to the Corporate HR Director who provides overall HR Program direction consistent with the company's vision and mission statement.

Leading a team of HR Personnel, the HR Manager provides guidance to the GM and management on all facets of HR such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee and organizational development, personnel transactions, and manpower planning. The HR Manager will ensure legal compliance by advising company leadership on Philippine Labor Code and other related laws including interaction with SBMA, Local and National Government Agencies. Ensure positive, productive communication and relationship with parent company, Cabras Marine Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Work Experience:

? At least five (5) years work experience as an HR Manager. Ship Repair experience a plus.

3.3 Others Skills:

? Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other pertinent laws.
? Ability to influence all levels of the organization.
? Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
? Analytical; Goal-oriented; Professional
? Pragmatic in problem solving skills.
? Can work under pressure, while maintaining flexibility and meeting deadlines.
? Computer literate, proficient with MS Office and email messaging
applications.
? Must work in Subic.
