Job Description The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the HR, Admin, and IT departments to ensure efficient operations, including payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, and administrative support. Assists executive leadership in strategic initiatives, talent development, and organizational wellness, while maintaining company assets, records, and statutory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will:
Oversee and manage HR & Admin Department and IT department and ensures quality output is delivered. Provide assistance in the development of organizational goals and promote an organizational culture, structure and development toward the achievement of corporate goals. Review business rationale for key positions and provide guidance in manpower planning, sourcing and recruitment. Facilitate the undertaking of talent training and development efforts; as well as endorsement to Training activities. Provide assistance to the EVP & General Manager / President on implementing organization wide activities, and actively participate as a contributing member in project and/or ad hoc teams. Formulate policies and guidelines for strict implementation of the company's rules and regulations. Serves memo and notices to erring employees and monitor their performance. Prepare, document and disburse payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Process the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications. Spearhead of Company-wide activities. Design and implement of employee wellness programs. Manage any administrative functions in line with company's directive. Review and Monitor Company's asset supplies and logistics. Oversee the wellness of the office and its functions. Monitor the computer units, peripherals and software. Assist the WIIB-ADB Department for their invoicing needs through means of duty delegation. Ensure the safekeeping of employee 201 files and statutory benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) and ensures effective filing system. Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary to support department's operation. QUALIFICATIONS At least Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications or equivalent. At least 3 - 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
