Recruitment SupervisorWorking location; TaguigSalary 25k to 35kCan work onsite from Monday to Friday and Saturday if needed1.Recruitment, Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.2.Familiar with the recruitment s, good relationship with local recruitment agencies.3.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.4.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.5.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.6.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.7.Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.Qualifications:?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.?At least 3 years or above in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. or at least 5 years or above FMCG non-food is acceptable.?Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.?Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.?Strong organizational and time management skills.?Proficiency in applicant tracking systems?Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
